The Bill (Reg.№4397) envisages the introduction of the Law "On Organization and Holding the Final part of the European Championship on Football 2012 in Ukraine" in new publishing and introduce amendments to the Land Code and Laws "On the Only Tax Charge", "On Planning and Building of the Territories".
The Chairman of the Committee, Pavlo Kostenko mentioned that UEFA specified the quantity of demands to the preparation for the EURO. Consequently the legislative part should be added with new principles.
The Bill in particular determines the coordinating role of the Government concerning the activity of central and local bodies of executive power connected with the preparation and holding of the Championship etc.
The Members of the Committee deem that the adoption of the Bill would facilitate the increase of the liability for the holding and preparation of the championship on the sufficient level according to the demands of UEFA.
